In order to meet the requirements of our customers in terms of low placement cost and high flexibility, Walkbury has invested significantly in high quality automatic placements systems from Siemens and Samsung. The technology these solutions provide allow Walkbury the capability to place components from 0201's through to 32mm x 32mm at a placement rate of over 14,000 components per hour whist retaining the flexibility and modularity that is paramount to fast set-up and change over times. We are therefore optimally equipped to undertake PCB batches from 10 to 100,000, from as little as £0.01 per placement.
